Shipping Information

IRELAND

• Flat rate: €7 (up to 10kg)

• Dispatch time: 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday only)

• Delivery by: GLS, An Post, or local courier

• Signature required: Please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel between 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Note: Working days do not include weekends. Orders are processed from the next business day after placement. If an incorrect address is provided or delivery is missed, redelivery costs will apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide with tracking via An Post.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• UK: 2–10 working days

• EU: 5–20 working days

• USA & Canada: 10–30 working days

Customs Delays: During peak periods, customs processing can delay deliveries by up to 4 weeks. Most parcels are cleared within 2 weeks.

• Shipping costs include packaging materials and handling fees.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by public holidays, customs processes, or severe weather conditions.

• We do not cover any import duties, customs taxes, or charges on deliveries outside the EU.

• Due to Brexit, import charges now apply to shipments between Ireland and the UK.
