Returns & Refunds

Whilst we hope you’ll love everything you order from us, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary.

How to Return an Item for a Refund:
To request a refund, please send the unworn, tagged item along with your name, email, and order number to linapavlova0@gmail.com.

  • Items must be in original packaging, in perfect, resaleable condition, with all tags intact.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping and your refund brings the total below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping costs will be deducted.

  • Worn items cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Return Shipping:
Unless the goods are defective or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning items.
We recommend using Recorded Delivery, as you are responsible for the parcel until it arrives safely with us.

Gift cards
Personalised items

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your goods upon arrival.
If an item is damaged or faulty, email us at linapavlova0@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

  • Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges on online purchases.
Please contact us first before sending anything back to arrange the details.

  • Items must be in unworn, resaleable condition, with tags intact.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item and for shipping the replacement.
