·         We accept order cancellations.
To cancel your order, please request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase by emailing linapavlova0@gmail.com with your order number.

·         Important: If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.

·         Custom or Made-to-Order Items:
Please note that custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. We begin work on these items shortly after the order is placed, so we recommend contacting us immediately if you need to make changes.
